Q.

Mam mera beta baki sab kush le leta hai jaise cereals pediasure banana or apple vo bhi mash krke but roti ni khata biscuit bhi ni (hard things) he is 2 years old ...

A. i suggest you to feed daily roti sabji how much he want.. try to roll the chapati spreading gher over it and give to his hand. Feed with other family members. Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity..

A. i guess if i you daily give something solid to eat with some attractive which he can hold in hand like cutlets, dhokla, idli...once he knows that he can bite food...then you can give roti..n you also eat with him..n play game like you feed me n i feed you..

A. Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
