Mam if I missed to take folic acid before conceiving will it effect my baby ? I m really worried now , I started it today itself as itz 2 week delay in my periods?

A. see its ok.now yo. take it daily.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis
