Mam I had my c section on 8th April and cannot go to my doctor for postpartum check up as we are having lockdown in kolkata. I also had my first period after my delivery which was immense and the flow was very high. Is that normal as I never have much high flow ever. Also can I go back to my normal sexual life.

A. yes its ok to grt a few cycles heavy.try yo eat iron. start sex at 6 week.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .
