Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. so if a child is not showing any discomfort , looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about motions frequency, and it's texture or color

it happens because of 4 reasons
1.if a child is breastfed baby ,it happens because of imbalace between fore milk and hind milk.
2.if child is taking formula ,it is caused by iron supplements of formula.
3.if a child is taking iron drops.
4.or he has Infection
