mam can give oats for 14 month baby .. and oats weight gain or loss...? please explain .. and can give original bee honey for baby food... please rply

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist11 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes you can give both honey and oats to the toddler as such, incase of oats , prefer to get plain oats as such without the the premixes as its better to add natural flavours
