NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello oats is safe to e given for kids and it does not reduce any weight 9n kids not a problem and it as many nutritional benefits but good if you can give it after a year and now also you make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet
