mam after delivery, how to reduce stomach and stretch marks .....plz suggest me mam

A. Stretch marks usually fade with time Apply any moisturiser or bio oil Start some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day Diet control is more important than anything else Choose healthy foods Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby Nothing much can be done for stretch marks Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
