making Sounds while sleeping and having milk too also while takes d3 and calcium I don't know it's breathing sound or something else

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please check for any nasal blockage in the baby. Please give indirect steam to the baby. Please apply kids Vicks Vaporub on baby clothes near chest area. Please check for any oral thrush in the Baby and clean it if it is there. Please make the baby burp after every feed.
