children are more vulnerable for infection because of less immunity and exposure specially in any change in weather conditions where the chances of infection are more
so you should give a proper diet for nutritional requirement to be fulfilled along with that proper vaccination should be given . for current situation flu or influenza vaccine is it wasmportant to protect against different flu viruses
all the safety precautions and maintaining of proper hygiene is of utmost importance .

You Should massage twice a day and after bath apply any thick cream don’t go for lotions and all because you’re very light try to apply anything cream like Nivea or vitamin E cream that is going to be good enough so vitamin E cream you can go for NMFE vitamin E cream
