maine aaj pregnency ki shuruaat me kathal ka thoda sa korta khaya h (hardly 3 or 4) . is it unsafe for my pregnency?? mujhe bht dar lg rha h.. plz suggest

As far as I know jackfruit is not restricted to be eaten during the time of pregnancy but seems like you’re having heavy doubt about foods you need to eat and then food you need to avoid so you can take a correction with your Dr so that you do not go wrong throughout your pregnancy in terms of the correct food to be eaten
