Ma’am you should have a good amount of proteins into your diet which are very good and also if your child is about two years and four months of age and it’s very important that you stop breastfeeding now you should quit now it is not a good idea to feed the child after the age of two because with progressing is a child is going to get more stubborn it’s going to be very difficult for you to get over over it
