Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. you should take a healthy diet and a nutritious diet for yourself take plenty of liquids if you take also iron and calcium supplementation if you are a breastfeeding mother

aap some exercises or yoga ke skte hai to get relief
start with calcium supplements consulting the doctor..
