ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well it can be due to arthritis as well. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

That Pain is common certain times because the body is becoming big the body weight is on your knees so obviously they can pen and hands and all are also becoming big and fluffy because the weight is increasing so that’s normal ask your doctor if you can take a painkiller otherwise start getting a regular massage done for your feet and your hands
