madam my baby girl is 4 months old she is doing green potty from 7 days , has bit of cough and cold but she is active what to do

green colour stool is normal in babies.
This is due to imbalance between fore milk and hind milk in breast feed babies.
Green colour stool can also be due to teething.
if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
