Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose change

H I am multiple choices for that if you want you can go ahead with family planning surgery you can take contraceptive pills regularly if you want to and lastly you can also get these injections on every 3 months which are going to help in avoiding pregnancy for a particular time
