Q.

Ma’am can you pls share the food chart for all 7 days of week to maintain a healthy diet for the kids. My daughter is 4 year old and she doesn’t want to eat any vegetable. Pls share smoothie and dood chart for the kids.

A. Hello mom no need to make separate food for them you can give them regular foods that you make at home For the family , vegetable can be given in different ways like make some soups , add the purée to dough to make colorful roti or stuff paranthas or Puri same can be done with rice .
