Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes can take take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue brevastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
