m 44 days postpartum...i hd c-section on 14th jan....can i use belt on stomach fr shaping? .. i hv pouch type stomach and how to get rid of stretch marks ??

A. yes definitely. if you have healthy stitch and there is no pain in that it can help yiu using a belt too. but you can only get support n no weight loss

A. Hello ma’am Yes you can use it because the belt really helps a lot in saving your tummy from sagging. Apart from that if you are looking for a remedy for stretchmarks would advise you to mix camphor and coconut oil together and start applying it onto your stretchmarks on regular basis which time they will become light and Fadeaway
