m 32weeks pregnant with twins..m vomitting by night time since 2-3days now and whatever I had for lunch is also coming out at night. should I consult my doctor or just relay on home remedies?

A. vomiting at this stage of pregnancy is not common so definitely you should follow up with your treating gynecologist and proper assessment is required and also make sure that you are taking sufficient amount of ORS
