#AskTheExpert I m 37 years . I m second time pregnant of 32weeks . I have severe pain in my left leg and back pain. ho can I rid from it

Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective take rest for a few days and if needed once get proper examination done by your doctor
