m 2nd half year bache ki mom hu mujhe periods s related issues h jese heavy bleeding month m 2 bar periods ka ana to kya m baidyenath ka dashmularishth le skti hu

A. Yes you can take that supplement it’s not a problem but if you’re facing this problem first of all heavy bleeding and then second twice in a month that means your hormones are majorly disturbed you please consult your doctor you have to start with an iron supplement because using you losing a lot of blood and secondly they’ll help you with medicines to regularise your pet cyclone hormones as well
