Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydratiohtn is required if loose motions arfe associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to infection in stomach. For this you need to consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care and all the best
