Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vottmiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with madnagement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

You can consult your paediatrician for medication because your child is too small a proper medication will be suggested by the doctor only and assist you cannot stop giving milk as of now then that’s going to be something which is going to increase diary so I suggest to shift to non-lactose milk for the time beingWrite Your Answer Here
