Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy1 day agoA. Hey! Monitor the output. Keep a track of how many wet diapers the baby has. Sometimes this can be a sign of dehydration as well. So continue breastfeeding or formula feeding your baby frequently. You can also offer ORS solution. Consult your paediatrician for a proper medical evaluation and attention.
