If your baby temperature is more than 99° then it should be considered as fever. In such case you can give Calpol drops and can repeat the medicine in every eight hours if baby doesn’t get relief. And baby might be not eating properly because of fever in such case you should try to give very light food should baby can accept it. If baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours then you have to consult with Dr
