A. Puss is building inside of it it is not a lump it is an infection I must tell you that we have often seen that kids have this kind of an issue after BCG vaccination on any body part but having it close to the throat area or neck is very unheard of and it would be very painful for the child please consult the doctor they have to clean the infection and necessarily dressing for it
