Hello ma’am Start with Dal rice water bodies easily mash banana mash potato mash the potato you can go for the vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits cheese Paneer and curd and Kheer Upma oats ragi all these things you can give to a child and to introduce good amount of water as well
