ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist9 months agoA. Namaste Mom, Yes you can give it to the baby , as idli is quite soft and as its been fermented it is healthy as well, and filling at the same time.

It’s very healthy but you cannot give it you know like as you just cannot give it plane without any curry or something on it because that way it would be difficult for the child to have because it is very dry so you can use Sambar or Chutney whatever you would prefer anything of your choice
