A. Hello, your question is related to your sizes of breast so if one breast is small then it’s not a cancer but if you are having a nodule in your breast then go for mammogram and confirm

Hi mommy It’s all normal Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
