Q.

last week Monday she got fever. Gave paracetamol 150mg syrup for 4times in 6hrs back and she was OK. Now again she is having fever. I didn't wash her hair from last Monday till today. Here climate is very hot. Is that a reason for her fever that I didn't wash her hair? She is 14months old

A. hi, let her recover first than you may wash her hair. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. continue paracetamol in proper dose
