last week i had a episode of high blood pressure. post which i can notice my breast milk supply has gone really low. there is no heaviness in the breast nor breast engorgment. my baby is one and half month old am exclusively breastfeeding. please suggest . am already taking lactare tablet.

A. Hi mom soft breast or breast is not engorged does not mean that breast milk supply is low. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your feed is sufficient for the baby.
