A. The first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
Give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
To body sponge to to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
Higher medicines whether required d or not will be told by the doctor.

A. It Sometimes can be due to indigestion and infection as well or correct reason can only be suggested by your doctor so in this case I am going to advise you to take a guidance from your paediatrician for better clarity and according to that the medication can also be
