Last 2 days my breast milk production is low but before there is lot of milk production.i don't why I am not getting sufficient milk.can anyone some tips to increase the amount of milk pls

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy4 days agoA. Hey! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better will be the supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for guidance in this regard.
