Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation take only natural food

U Can I have protein X Women it is supposed to be very very good apart from that if you’re looking for anything specific then you should consult your gynaecologist along with that also I’d like to tell you that you should have calcium multivitamin and iron supplement for at least of six months to 1 year that’s very very important
