Q.

many fellow mothers are adding cow milk in their 6m old babies porridges and tgey are completely doing well. van i also add ot because i feel formula milk has no strength. its only water wat we give to baby. cow milk provides enough nutrition, stamina and energy.

A. You can add while cooking porridge but avoid giving directly to the baby and for direct feeding prefer formula milk or even while fat milk can ge used for preparing porridge fir the vaby

Can I actually try if you want to there is no harm in it a lot of people use cows milk some people use tone pasteurised milk that is also good I would suggest you to go for toned pasteurise milk that would be a better choice because sometimes cows milk can easily cause infection it would completely depends from you know how you are how your child is adjusting to
