ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 days agoA. dear mum , even if child is not bottle fed still can get oral thrush as baby immunity is not mature , if mother has infection on breast , or if mother has been given antibiotic so it may reduce the normal bacteria in baby which control oral thrush in baby
