kya dopahar main Lunch karke 1 hour baad exercise ya yoga kar sakte hai?

A. dear Mum it is better to keep a gap over at least 2 hours after your afternoon meal and then exercise or do yoga otherwise it can cause discomfort like stomach cramps, heartburn , acid reflux
