Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Nasal saline drops can be used to get rid of blocked nose. But don't use it in excess. If she's got cold , keep a bowl full of chopped onions near her bed approx three feet far overnight. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't expise her to winds air blows and dirt
