NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello curds is good for the child and it would be better to just give plain curds and a curd which is freshly prepared and not sour and avoid ay other kind of it till one year atleast and curds in natural is rich n calcium and helps in baby growth also
