A. Hi good afternoon !! Until one year feed natural sweet , avoid using oil, salt,sugar. Instead oil use ghee/cheese/butter. Feed Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes,kichdi, porridge.. Once a while (month) feeding Jaggery is ok but not frequently as Jaggery cause body heat not suggested for below one year babies. From 1+ year onwards you can feed Jaggery.
