ky AFI is around 7 she told in scanning today.. it was 13.7 on 6th April... how cn I improve my water levels pls help

A. 7 is less, do drink lots of fluids ..it will help. fir furtger detail advice, good to talk to ur own treating gynec, he or sge will advice on this.
