kuch time se mai left side pe hone wale pain ko heart pain se relate krne lagi hu mujhe left side me shoulder, head, neck pain hota hai to yahi lgta hai ke heart se juda hai dimaag alag chalta rehta hai raat ko nind bhi nhi aati normal doctor ko dikhao to bs paracitamol de dete hai

But why are you connecting all these pains to the heart that I am not understanding if you’re having a pain in the shoulder and all maybe it is due to wrong posture or something else I think instead of visiting our general physician it would be better for you to consult a specialist and get a necessary testing done for yourself know what maybe the problem
