Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
if needed once get an Orthopaedic opinion

Maybe you’re sleeping position is not correct which is why you’re having the same pain every now and then and sometime it could be associated with your nerves as well so it’s best for you to get it checked with your doctor and go for a proper treatment afternoon what is the issue exactly
