Kindly suggest some safe alternatives for BM for 5 month old baby.

if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child.x
small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding.

but as mother's milk is best for Healthy growth of child, please prefer to give it only
don't rush to wean your child from breastfeeding
