as per baby's age, can start with cereal porridge like ragi porridge, wheat porridge, suji porridge etc
can give dal preparations like khichadi
can give mashed seasonal fruits
provide vegetable soup.
as baby grows can increase the consistency and quantity of the above food .
give small and frequent meals. avoid large meals.
by 1 year baby can have all the homemade family preparations as per baby's tolerance .
make sure to avoid salt and sugar atkeast till baby completes 1 year.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello now baby being 7 months old you can be giving baby three to four small meals in a day and you can be giving your child bm or infant formula milk between the two solids which should be good and you can include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi dal water rice dal khicadi etc
