A. at 4 years ,give a balanced diet with fruits ,vegetables ,whole grains ,dairy and protein rich foods like eggs and dal .limit junk food and encourage home made meals .around this age ,booster vaccines like DPT ,MMR and polio are usally given consult your pediatrician for exact schedule
