Q.

Kids often refuse to eat food at times even when we provide them in different tastes and textures. Is force feeding the baby healthy approach or we need to let the baby eat when they are hungry?!

A.  Increase the intake of zinc Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks.
