kids ko kya kya de sakte meal me jo healthy v ho and kids strong bhi ho

A. dear mum balanced diet will ensure good health child should be given all family foods as prepared in the house 3 meals and one healthy snack the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
