Kavya is so thin and under weight what to do for this?

A. dear mum, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups to your 6 years old child, Kavya. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits -1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed packaged foods
