my daughter is under weight ,she is of 6 yrs old and her weight is 17kg,she is active but she look so thin.

A. Hi mom If ur child is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between. Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur diet for weight gain
